FD began his tennis coaching journey in Malaysia nearly 30 years ago, where he was trained in a more rigid and traditional coaching style. Despite this background, he strongly believes in and embraces a more contemporary, player-centered approach.
His goal is to create an engaging and enjoyable learning environment, incorporating fun games that enhance players’ strokes and movement. While his lessons are lively and interactive, his ultimate aim is to equip students with the skills and confidence to play real tennis matches. He also has a particular passion for coaching adults, fostering a social and inclusive atmosphere where everyone can enjoy the sport together.
With extensive experience, a deep passion for tennis, and a commitment to developing skilled players, FD brings a well-rounded and holistic approach to coaching, combining technical expertise with a genuine dedication to his students’ growth.
